The Parliamentary & Scientific Committee’s STEM for BRITAIN 2023 took place in the Houses of Parliament on Monday 6th March, during British Science Week. The Abel Prize Week
The Abel Prize Week will take place on May 22-26 in Oslo and Tromsø, Norway.

Originally launched in 2015 as part of the 150th anniversary celebrations of the London Mathematical Society (LMS), the Hirst Prize and Lectureship is now jointly awarded by the аĿª½±and the (BSHM). The prize is named after Thomas Archer Hirst, who was the fifth President of the аĿª½±(1872–1874).
